STANDARD ROOM WITH BALCONY The room features a double bed, desk area, wardrobe, and terrace. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom for up to 3 people. Our coliving space is geared towards students and young professionals, generally between 18 and 40 years old, and offers an international atmosphere. We want you to enjoy Barcelona and have a comfortable stay, so we offer spacious common areas, and our advisors will be happy to help you with any questions. When you make your reservation, we want you to enjoy your stay with us, feel comfortable, and have access to our team and community. Our coliving space is geared towards students and young professionals who want to enjoy a stay in Barcelona. The location is unbeatable, next to the Liceu metro station and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. 📅 BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT In the month of arrival or departure: - If you stay 14 days or less, you will pay half the rent for that month. - If you stay more than 14 days, you will pay the full rent for the month. (The amount due for each month is calculated in the payment summary) 💵 Payments before check-in: Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to make the additional payments (security deposit, etc.) through our secure payment system before the move-in date.
